Lebron James Posters
We need to hang the posters up on the walls, and display our favorite Lebron James wallpaper on our computers – the witnesses have work to do. You can call me a fool, ignorant, or short sited, but the only thing keeping King James from the universally dubbed title, the “greatest basketball player of all time” is a few more years of good health, and a championship ring or two for the naysayers. There, I laid it out on the table. James was a national superstar years before his first NBA game (where he scored 25 points, 6 assists, 9 rebounds, and 4 steals against the craptacular Sacramento Kings). As a High School student at St. Vincent St. Mary, he put the Cleveland town of Akron on the map. Lebron led his team to three state championships. By his senior year, his face could be seen gracing the cover of Sports Illustrated. In 2003, the big question was, could this teenager from Akron, OH live up to the hype? Um, yeh.
During his first year as a pro, his name was already being thrown around with the likes of Oscar Robertson and, proverbially, Michael Jordan. And why wouldn’t it be? He was accomplishing the same feats that they were at a young age. In his rookie year, James became the youngest player ever to score more than 40 points in a game, not to mention average the better half of a triple double for the season. Naming him the Rookie of the year was a clear no-brainer. Since his start in 03′, LBJ has been breaking records and setting personal milestones that superstars with twice his experience would covet; the youngest player in NBA history to mark a triple double, six-time All Star, League scoring champion, league MVP, All Star game MVP (twice), and All-Defensive first team just to name a few.
Lebron James is a workaholic man child who, if he so desired could use his freakishly super human strength, size and endurance to moonlight for the Cleveland Browns. Regardless of whether or not pigskin is in his future, James has an unmatched passion for the game of basketball, which he’ll undoubtedly harness to bring home championships to Cleveland, and turn the Cavaliers into a dynasty. Haters, get that weak stuff the %$#* out of here! If you love the game, and love what this phenomenon of a man has done for it, display your pride, hang up some posters, and decorate your desktop with Lebron James wallpaper!
