Shuffle Your Lebron James Wallpapers with Windows 7
Thursday, February 4, 2010
Now that you have a whole gang of different NBA backgrounds to add to your computer desktop, you’d like to be able to show them off, right? What sucks though is that typically you have to cycle them out one at a time. It’s not exactly a difficult task, but it gets to be a bit of a pain when you do it all the time. Wouldn’t it be a nicer if the shuffling was on auto pilot? Well my friend, if you have Windows 7, it’s incredibly easy to make it happen.
First, download yourself a nice collection of NBA wallpaper. You can stick around here, or scour the rest of the web – what’s important is that, for the ease of use, you save each separate collection to a different folder. To make a Lebron James folder, just navigate into ‘Pictures’ within Windows Explorer (usually c:\Users\Public\Pictures), and click ‘New Folder’ on the top menu bar, and name give the new folder a name that makes sense (ie Lebron James Wallpapers). Now any LBJ backgrounds you download, you can place them in here.
- When you’re satisfied with your collection (you can make adjustments any time), right-click on your desktop, and select ‘Personalization’
- Once you’re in the ‘Personalization’ panel, select ‘Desktop Background’ toward the bottom.
- Once in ‘Desktop Background’, select ‘Browse…’, and navigate to the location of your recently created folder. In our example, it would be in your ‘Pictures’ location.
- Once selected, you can now check all of the wallpapers that you want to have in the shuffle rotation.
- After you make your selection, check the ‘Shuffle’ box and choose the how often you want the backgrounds to change (the default is 10 minutes).
- Now that you’ve created your new ‘Theme’, save under whatever naming convention you’d like.
That’s all there is to it! Windows 7 not only blows its predecessor, Windows Vista away in stability, but with slick bells and whistles like the built-in background shuffle, you’re a fool not to make the switch. Now you can have a Lebron James, Kobe Bryant, or Michael Jordan wallpaper theme, or just throw them all together into one superstar conglomeration. Of course, if you’re if you want to switch away from the basketball motif (not sure why you would), you can find assembled themes for just about any other genre under the sun, or continue to pump out your own. Have fun with it, folks!

Hey man, was just browsing through the internet looking for some information and came across your blog. I am impressed by the information that you have on this blog. It shows how well you understand this subject. Bookmarked this page, will come back for more. You, my friend, ROCK!!!
July 8, 2010 – The Lebron James special is on ABC’s ESPN tonight. Which town did he pick? How did he find his boomtown?
Where is Le Bron heading? Miami Heat with Bosh and Wade. I am sort of pissed he’s going away, but hey good luck to him I suppose.
The Lebron special announced tonight that he is going to Florida. Is this really his boomtown? No doubt the Buckeyes in Salt Lake are steamin mad.
LeBron is officially the largest ass on the history of the planet. Well, a minimum of in the history of the NBA.
Wow is all I can say right now. Could this team be better than Jordan’s Bulls?!
